During Ory’s early years, his vaccinations, sterilisation, and dental procedures were handled by Dr Gianuario Marotta (senior veterinary surgeon). At that time, he worked at the Animal Infirmary (now closed), near my home. Dr Gino was extremely friendly, patient, and always explained procedures clearly. He never pushed unnecessary tests. Dr Gino is now planning to open a new veterinary practice in the future.

After moving to Serangoon, I found Dr Robin Au from Mount Pleasant Veterinary Group Serangoon. He is affordable, knowledgeable, and never prescribes unnecessary tests.

During Ory’s accident, we were referred to Dr Derniese Goh at Westside Emergency & Referral Hospital, a board-certified small animal surgeon who strongly recommended the amputation. Thanks to her guidance, Ory recovered well.
